Chair Supported Yoga

Chair yoga provides support for people with balance and mobility issues, pain, injury or health problems that make getting up and down or sitting on the floor difficult. Also good for those who are extremely stiff and people suffering with blood pressure problems. 

A variety of adapted postures to increase strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation can be done with the aid of a chair as well as breathing techniques and meditation. 

A chair supported practice can make the benefits of a Yoga class accessible to those who might otherwise not feel it would be possible.
