Mindful Yoga
Mindful yoga is a way of practicing Yoga with deep attention and understanding that Yoga is as much about working with mind as with body.
Combining mindfulness techniques of focusing on the breath, bodily sensations and mental activity within asana to come to know oneself better, body and mind move towards stillness, ease and contentment.
These longer classes are for those who enjoy working at a slower pace to support exploration and deep inquiry into their experience.
Good for those who wish to expand their understanding of Yoga, as a complete philosophy, these classes allow space for and encourage discussion, with freedom for questioning and experimentation.
Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
