This is an inclusive, gentle, friendly class for older people, focusing on maintaining mobility, joint movement and balance as well as breathing and relaxation.

Rather than trying to “do Yoga” we work with postures and movements to support maintaining a range of movements essential to everyday functioning.

Consideration and time is given to modifications for age related complaints such as arthritus and other individual conditions.

Suitable for both those with experience of yoga and those who are new to it.
